Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Local Pick-Up

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our local pickup hours are 10am to 2pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you. Pickup location will be emailed to you.  If for some reason you don't receive pickup location contact me at maybelinescreation@gmail.com

 

I haven't received my order

Customers will receive an email directly from Payport with a shipping tracking number. This tracking number will only display information once the order has been collected and scanned by the courier. For questions or concerns about delivery, please contact the carrier first. For all other urgent matters please contact us directly.
